Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any refund on services or listings you order through Yashvi Builders will be governed by the Refund Policy stated below. Further, some services may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless it is contrary to this, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy.

NOTICE

The website deendayalawasiyayojna.org is used only to collect the initial booking or registration amount. Yashvi Builders is not liable for any other payment made by the customer.

In most situations the refund will be processed (if applicable) to the same source of payment. If a user requests the refund through any other medium, he/she must write an email along with the proposed payment method. In such cases, the refund processing time may increase.

REFUND CONDITIONS

1. The registration/initial booking amount is refundable for the candidates who are unsuccessful in the draw and will be refunded within 21 days.
2. The registration/initial booking amount is non-refundable for the candidates who are successful in the draw.
3. If any applicant wishes to cancel his registration before the allotment date, he/she must submit a written application to our concerned department. In that case, 25% of the total amount paid will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded within 21 days.
4. If an order cannot be completed by customer service for reasons other than the customer’s request for cancellation, then a refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons contributing to such a situation could include insufficient or delayed documentation/information from the customer, errors/mistakes not pertaining to the company’s scope of work, inability of the customer to follow procedures or requirements, or other reasons beyond the control of the company.
5. Time to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 21 working days. However, actual refund timelines depend on banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable). The refunded amount may be less than the paid amount due to transaction or lead generation costs.

Yashvi Builders will have full control to cancel any registration under unacceptable circumstances of unfair practices or unlawful attempts. In such cases, the registration amount will be refunded after deduction of 35% of the paid amount, and the balance will be refunded within 21 days.
